Resume:
Z.M. graduated in Art History, English Language and Literature and Museology from the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Upon completing her curatorial internship at the Print Department of the National and University Library and received the title of curator, she was employed at the Museum of Slavonia Osijek where she curated collections of fine and applied arts and conducted educational activities primary and secondary school pupils.
In 2008 she started working at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences as a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Information and Communication Sciences, where she enrolled in the doctoral study programme in information and communication sciences. She obtained a PhD degree in 2014 with the thesis titled Museum as Multimodal Communication System. She publishes papers related to museum and heritage theory and visual communication.
Z. Miklosevic actively participates in professional associations such as Croatian Museum Association, Museum Association of Eastern Croatia, International Council of Museums (Commitee for Museum Education and Cultural Action).
